Formerly a pizzeria
in Old Town Manassas, Piccolino Ristorante has been transformed
into an Italian treasure. Distinctive Italian aromas waft from
the kitchen where the Chef is fashioning the dishes requested
by patrons and pictures of classic Italy adorn the walls of
the charming dining room.
Owning
an Italian ristorante and creating innovative Italian cuisine
has been the vision of Chef Jose Buruca (Nati) for years. Formerly
a chef for Italian restaurants, he learned to put his signature
on the dishes he created to make them refreshingly diverse. Now,
Chef Jose Buruca (Nati) brings his experience and seasoned competence
to his own ristorante.
The
word “Piccolino” means little which does apply to
the building that houses this treasure, but does not apply to
the fare which is “grande” in taste and portions.
With a flair for the extra touch, Piccolino Ristorante promises
to delight you with satisfying your appetite for classic yet novel
cuisine.
